I have been wanting to make a website from scratch. Not just a freewebs and a template, i want to make my own background and work html for my first time. How do i start one and open and edit html?

when i use profile editor on my myspace it says my profile contains some CSS code which can effect the way images show up on my profile. how do i get rid of the CSS code?

Im trying to find out how to rollover one cell in a table and change the color in that cell and one next to it. 🙁 Can anyone help with code?
