Nintendo Boy PWNS!

Okay, in Web Design, I was tought that to make an html page, it had to be saved as a plain text document…..but on my computer..I can’t save things as plain text….My only options are:

Rich Text Format
Text Document
Text Document-MS-DOS Format
Unicode Text Document

Which one do I use if I want to make a page using html codes??

I used Google AdSense until they diabled my account for “invalid click activity” (which I did NOT do!).

Please let me know of any other good third party advertisers (that won’t disable your account when you start making money).
