I was thinking of selling one of my websites. I have adsense ads on that forum website, and the only way I would sell it is if I put it in the contract to sell the site that my adsense ads had to stay and in no way could be removed whatsoever under any circumstances, and that I had to stay on as an administrator. Is that possible?

Please guide me about the basic concept and steps to follow while working with Google Adsense and with our own Google Blog. I have tried a lot to find tips and ideas with Help pages of Google Adsense. However could not clear the ideas about Adsense for Content, Search. Where to give our own website address at Adsense ? (At Add New Channel or anywhere else?) I request you to please guide me suitably.

I was wondering, lets say I made a template and inside that template were my adsense ads. Do I need to create new channels/ads for each template or keep them the same?

Will they register if I just use the same ads on different sites?
