My college course for html coding and css was cancelled because of lack of enrollment. I want to get into web design but I don’t know where to begin. I want to do it sucessfully. So looking for honest and serious advice. What do you all suggest?

I am in the process of setting up a potentially high traffic website and was wondering if anyone had any experience in setting up offshore? Pros & Cons? With the tax benefits and asset protection, why would anyone want to setup a web business anywhere else?

ive been using DIV layovers on myspace but i want to start making my own. i learned html and xhtml on w3schools but the tutorials for css arent as helpful. any people with layout experience where did you learn?

Are there any consequences since they aren’t the owner of the website? And does AdSense know the ip address of the clickers? This adsense business is confusing @_@

Imagine a website with buttons “A” and “B”, as well as another image, “X”.

During mouseover at “A”, “A”, should change into “A2”. At the same time, “X” should change into “XA”.

During mouseover at “B”, “B” should change into “B2”. At the same time, “X” should change into “XB”.

Ideally (though this is not necessary), a mouseover at “X” should change “X” into “X2”.

Can I use CSS for this kind of image swap? If not, how can I do it via Javascript?
Looks like I was too confusing. Here’s a simplification of my request:

Moving my mouse over button A changes the images at both A and X.

Moving my mouse over button B changes the images at both B and X.

X changes into a different image depending on whether I moved my mouse over A or B.
