I have completely no idea how to start, and i have been going to websites for hours, for a complete guide on how to start one, but its either you have to pay, or it doesn’t give enough info. I want to become series with adsense, but i only want it to be a side job. I dont even have my own website. My email is filled with all this junk mail on how to start adsense, but gives no help at all. i am on a real tight budget, and i have to pay bills, loans… i need to know how to start my own website, domain, and adsense without spending a dollar. i am also confused with the taxes on adsense. I didnt even pay google to start adsense. please help.

I know using css I can change font styles and colors and have it reflect through the whole site, but does css allow me to change text on one page and have it reflect through the whole site?
