Why wont my Adsense ads appear on my website using iWeb?

Space Ace asked: There’s absolutely no help from Google on this. The public service ads used to be there then disappeared because I hadn’t registered. So I did, it said the account was approved, the ads wont turn on. What gives?

If i show public service ads for google adsense if no relevant link units are available do i still get paid?
