   You have to apply to become an adsense publisher here:
   You will get a block of java script with your unique id built into it, if Google accepts you.

   Im not sure about the one you made. But google does pay on either adsense or thru a search that leads to clicking on an ad.

   If you have created your own Google CSE, then login to your account. Then click on Control Panel. Under Control Panel, u will find Make Money tab. Click on it, there u will find two radio button options:
   * I am a new AdSense user
   * I already have an AdSense account

   Select the 2nd option if u have adsense account. It will ask you to give your Email, Zip Code or last 5 digits of phone number and preferred Locale.

   Once completed, click submit. It will give further guide u how to add adsense in Google CSE
