Take a screen shot (hit the “print screen” button) and paste it into a graphics package (Photoshop, GIMP etc) to save it as an image format, or paste it into MS Word. You can then crop it, scale it etc.
The only way to do this would be to take a screen capture (take a picture of what is on your screen). just hit the print screen button. Then you need to go into MS Paint (or any picture program) and Paste it. Then save it how ever you want.

Try hitting F11 and making it fullscreen and then hitting Print screen. That will put a screenshot on the clipboard.
