If you want to drag and drop a movieclip in ActionScript 3, here is the script:
function Drag(event:MouseEvent):void {
INSTANCE NAME.startDrag();
}
function DragStop(event:MouseEvent):void {
INSTANCE NAME.stopDrag();
}
INSTANCE NAME.addEventListener(MouseEvent.MOUSE_DOWN, Drag);
INSTANCE NAME.addEventListener(MouseEvent.MOUSE_UP, DragStop);
Hope this helped for those of you who are using Flash CS3, & AS3.

how do i make it so when i click on the movie clip. the movie clip plays the looped beat?
and when i put the stop(); command on the movieclip timeline. the beat plays anyway
