The best one is still Google Adsense
Why? Because no one can compete in terms of number of advertisers
More advertisers —> more competitive bidding for keywords –> keywords become more expensive –> Adsense publishers get paid more
If you want incentivized clicks, go for CPA programs instead or cost per action / affiliate programs
