How do I remove internet history with html on the end?

I use Internet explorer and have already erased my cookies. I have already used this technique: Tools, internet options, clear history.
What I am trying to erase is a photo gallery from the local newspaper. The ending page ends with html but it won’t go away.
I just tried that and it’s still there.

try deleting the files in:
C(your har drive letter):\Documents and Settings\Your Username\Loca Settings\Temporary Internet Files or History folder.
